We are seeking a highly organised strata manager to join our clients professional and growing business.Previous Strata Management experience is essential for the success of this role. You will work as part of a team who are responsible for overseeing an extensive Body Corporate Management portfolio. This high-volume role involves liaising, supporting, advising, and working with strata committees, owners corporation, utilising your customer service skills. You will be supported with your own dedicated PA who has worked for the company 5+ years.
The Role
- Small portfolio 30-40 schemes maximum
- Develop, prepare and maintain budgets for individual Owners Corporations and provide relevant reports as required
- Assisting clients with lodging complex insurance claims and arrange renewals
- Attend AGM and Body Corporate meetings as requested by the Committee
- Ensuring legal compliance with respect building management and internal processes
- Assisting committees to understand their role and the need to work within legislative and budgetary constraints
- Preparation of budgets, agenda’s and minutes of meetings
- Implementing and executing building maintenance strategies
- Liaise with clients and contractors to resolving any queries or disputes that may arise
- Fostering positive relationships with clients, contractors and other key stakeholders
- Previous Body Corporate Management experience essential
- Flawless time management skills and the ability to run meetings efficiently and effectively
- Meticulous accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven resilience and the ability to work under pressure
- Extensive knowledge of Body Corporate Legislation

- Salary is between 80-115K base dependant on level of experience
